Processing Times
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Because many of our products are handmade, hand-poured, or 3D printed, processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

During holidays and other busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated or displayed at checkout. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Three G’s is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Because many Three G’s products are handmade or made specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your name and order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once production or order preparation has begun.

We think the little differences are part of what makes handmade products special.

Many Three G’s products are individually hand-poured or 3D printed, rather than mass-produced.

Because of the nature of these processes, products may have slight variations in:

• Color
• Texture
• Surface finish
• Shape or dimensions
• Small bubbles or imperfections in plaster
• Visible layer lines or minor surface variations in 3D-printed products

These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects as long as they do not affect the intended use of the product.

Product colors may also appear slightly different in person due to lighting, photography, and differences between screens.

Three G’s craft kits and products are designed to encourage creativity and fun.

Adult supervision is recommended when appropriate, particularly when products are being used by younger children.

Some products or kits may contain small parts that could present a choking hazard. Products containing small parts are not intended for children under 3 years of age.

Craft supplies, plaster pieces, 3D-printed pieces, markers, paints, and other included materials are not intended for consumption.

Please use products only for their intended purpose.

Broken plaster or 3D-printed pieces may create sharp edges. Discontinue use of any item that becomes cracked or broken.
